ISRO Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For Technician-B And Technical Assistant Posts Before August 19

ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC), a lead facility of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), has invited online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling four vacancies to the post of Technician-B and Technical Assistant in various disciplines/trades comprising Electronics Mechanic, Electrical, Electronics and Fitter through direct selection to be posted at its workstations in Lucknow and Port Blair.

The online application process towards the same starts from July 29, 2019 and closes on August 19, 2019 by 1200 hrs.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Technician-B and Technical Assistant posts through ISRO Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on August 19, 2019 and not be more than 35, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must remit a prescribed amount of Rs. 250 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through SBI Challan mode only. SC/ST/Women/PWD and Ex-SM candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Technician-B and Technical Assistant posts through ISRO Recruitment 2019 must have passed SSLC/SSC/Matriculation with ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trade/discipline; Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from recognized Board/Institution.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Technician-B and Technical Assistant posts through ISRO Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test, Skill Test and Interview.

Candidates selected as Technician-B and Technical Assistants will be paid emolument in the following scale:

Technician-B: Rs. 21,700 per month plus other allowances
Technical Assistant: Rs. 44,900 per month plus other allowances

Candidates applying for Technician-B and Technical Assistant posts through ISRO Recruitment 2019 must submit their applications through online mode at https://careers.istrac.gov.in/Recruitment/advt.jsp on or before August 19, 2019 by 12:00 hrs.

Candidates must also e-mail a scanned copy of their fee receipt to [email protected] and send the original copy (fee receipt) to the, "Head P & GA, ISRO Telemetry Tracking & Command Network (ISTRAC), Plot No 12 & 13, 3rd Main, 2nd Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore 560 058," on or before August 26, 2019 by ordinary post.
