CISCE ISC Class 12 Result 2025: How to Apply for Re-evaluation and Improvement Exam

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially announced the ISC Class 12 Result 2025. Students can now access their individual results on the official CISCE website by entering their Unique ID and Index Number.

ISC Result 2025: Re-evaluation & Improvement Exam

Beginning in 2024, CISCE made a notable change in its post-examination policy by discontinuing the compartment examination system. This decision was taken to streamline the evaluation process and offer students more effective and supportive alternatives.

Re-evaluation and Improvement Examinations

In place of compartment exams, CISCE now provides students with the opportunity to either apply for re-evaluation of answer scripts or to appear in improvement examinations. These initiatives aim to provide candidates a chance to review or improve their performance without waiting for an entire academic year.

  • Re-evaluation allows students to request a recheck of their answer scripts if they suspect any error in marking.
  • Improvement exams can be taken by students who wish to improve their scores in up to two subjects within the same year of the examination.

Who Can Apply?

All candidates who appeared in the ISC Class 12 examinations in 2025 are eligible to apply for re-evaluation or improvement exams. However, improvement exams are restricted to a maximum of two subjects per candidate.
