Is There a Holiday in Schools Tomorrow in Lucknow?

Schools in Lucknow and Uttarakhand have been forced to close due to heavy rain. All schools in Lucknow, up to and including the 12th Class, have been ordered to close on September 12 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Lucknow District Magistrate said in a circular," In view of the warning of heavy rain with lightning issued by the Meteorological Department and the bad weather in Lucknow for the last few hours, all the government / non-government / private schools up to class 12 of all the boards in all the urban and rural areas of Lucknow district. Today, 11.09.2023 (11th September 2023), Monday is declared a holiday."

Notice Issued for Closure of Lucknow Schools:

The DM of Lucknow stated, "In view of the heavy rain and IMD alert, all schools up to class 12 in Lucknow are to remain closed on 11th September."

Will there be a School Tomorrow in Lucknow?:

The weather is being closely watched by the District Administration. The information provided by the Meteorological Department will be the sole factor considered for determining whether tomorrow will be a holiday or a regular school day. Due to heavy rain in the city, the schools will remain closed on Sep 12, 2023, as well.
