Salary

During the Management Trainee period, the stipend is Rs 57000/- per month. After completing the training term, Assistant Managers in the E-1 grade would be paid between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 140,000/-, with a basic compensation of Rs. 40,000/-. According to the company's standards, the annual salary is about CTC 13.25 lakhs, minus Performance Related Pay (PRP) and in-patient hospitalisation benefits for self and dependents.
