The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Govt. of India PSE, has called for online applications from qualified and experienced Indian nationals, who are Graduates and passed the CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA Institute)/Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA Institute) for recruiting Assistant Officers in Finance Function through direct recruitment. Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for Assistant Officers post through IOCL Recruitment 2020 must not be more than 30 years of age (Gen/EWS) as on June 30, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST and OBC - NCL categories as specified in the notification.

Candidates', all categories, are exempted from paying the application processing fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for Assistant Officers post through IOCL Recruitment 2020 must possess a Graduation Degree (any discipline); CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate or equivalent qualification from CA/CMA institute from a recognised University/Institute with three years of relevant experience in finance function as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Assistant Officers post through IOCL Recruitment 2020 will be done based on the candidates' academic performance, Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT).

Candidates selected for Assistant Officers post through IOCL Recruitment 2020 will be paid an emolument of Rs. 40,000 per month.
