The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs has released an official notification inviting applications in a prescribed format from eligible and qualified Indian nationals for filling 318 vacancies to the posts of Deputy Director (03), Senior Accounts Officer (02), Senior Research Officer (02), Security officer (06), Deputy Central Intelligence Officer/Tech (01), Deputy Central Intelligence Officer/Tech (07), Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (54), Assistant Security Officer (22), Personal Assistants (07), Research Assistants (02), Accountant (26), Female Staff Nurse (01), Caretaker (04), Junior Intelligence Officer-II/Tech (167), Halwai cum Cook (11), Nursing Orderly (02) and Printing Press Operator (01).

The recruitment to the above posts will be either on deputation basis or through absorption. The application process towards the same will start from 23 February 2019 and close on 23 April 2019, or 60 days from the date of publication.

Age Criteria And Fees

Educational Criteria And Experience

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Asst./Jr. Intelligence Officers, Security Officers, and others through Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting and Interview, or through any mode finalised by the IB selection committee/board.

Candidates selected will be paid under pay matrix ranging from Level 2 to Level 13 as per the designation.
