How Many Vacant Post are there in Railways?

2.3 crore individuals applied for Railways

The Railway minister stated that there is currently a huge need for recruits in the railways. The Railways Recruitment Agency is doing this hiring. A unique class of apprentices for the Railways is not currently planned, though. Recruiting for Group A is handled by UPSC. On the basis of computer-based testing, the process of hiring 1,39,050 candidates for positions in the railways was recently concluded. There were 2.37 crore applications for this.

However, it is obvious that overall there is more labor due to the way the railways are growing. Now that there is more work to do but fewer people to do it, it is obvious that everyone is under greater strain than is required. However, thousands of people are awaiting the positions. When will the government fill these positions in such a situation is a valid concern.
