Indian Overseas Bank: Apply Online For 24 Security Guards Before April 10, Earn Up To Rs. 19,000

The Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), a Govt. of India undertaking, has invited online applications from eligible Ex-Servicemen for filling 24 vacancies to the post of Security Guards through direct recruitment to be posted at the IOB's Central Office in Chennai. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same started on March 23, 2020 and closes on April 10, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Security Guards post through Indian Overseas Bank must have attained 18 years of age as on March 1, 2020 and not be more than 26 years + Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 years' subject to a maximum age limit of 45 years as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates' (all categories) are exempted from paying the fee towards application processing.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates interested in applying for Security Guards post through Indian Overseas Bank must have passed Class 10th/Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognised Board/Institute, and should be able to speak, read and write in local vernacular language as detailed in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Security Guards post through Indian Overseas Bank will be done through an Online Test (objective type) and Physical Fitness Test (PFT).

Candidates selected to Security Guards post through Indian Overseas Bank will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 9,560 to Rs. 18,545 per month.
