Indian Navy Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 400 Sailors (MR) Post; Earn Up To Rs. 69,100 A Month

The Indian Navy has invited online applications from unmarried Indian nationals (male) for filling 400 vacancies to the post of Sailors (Matric Recruit) in various capacities as Chefs, Stewards and Hygienists through direct recruitment. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from July 26, 2019 and closes on August 01, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Sailors (MR) through Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 should be born between April 01, 2000 to March 31, 2003 as specified in the notification, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as applicable.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 205 (Gen/OBC) as examination fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways) mode only. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the exam fee.

Educational Criteria

Candidates applying for the post of Sailors (MR) through Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 must have passed Matriculation/Class 10/SSC or equivalent from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Sailors (MR) through Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Computer-based Examination (CBE), Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examinations as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates selected as Sailors (MR) will be paid emolument under Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix in the scale of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.
