The Indian Coast Guard has released an employment notification. Candidates who are interested & eligible can apply for the position of Navik ( General Duty) 10 plus 2 entry- 02/2017 batch.

Educational qualification:
The candidates interested in applying for this post should have passed class 12, with 50 per cent marks aggregate in total and with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate in maths and physics, from an education board recognized by central/ state government.
Age limit:
The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 22 years and must be minimum 18 years.
Pay scale:
The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 21,700.
How is the selection procedure done for the Navik post?
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and physical efficiency tests, followed by a medical examination.
- The written examination will be of objective type, which includes subjects such as maths, physics, basic chemistry, knowledge of English up to class 12, general knowledge, current affairs, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning etc.
