The Indian Army has invited online applications from eligible and interested unmarried Indian nationals (Male and Female) for filling 55 vacancies to the post of Short Service Commission (SSC) officers through direct recruitment to be posted across the Indian sub-continent. The application process towards the same starts from July 10, 2019 and closes on August 08, 2019 by 1200 hours.

Educational Criteria, Eligibility And Experience

NCC cadets interested in applying for the post of SSC Officers through the Indian Army Recruitment 2019 must possess a Graduation Degree with at least 50% marks (aggregate) from a recognized University/Institute and must have served for at least two years in the senior Division/Wing of NCC.

Candidates must have obtained minimum 'B' Grade in the 'C' certificate exam of NCC as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as SSC Officers through the Indian Army Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting and SSB interviews.
Candidates selected for SSC Officers course will be paid an emolument of Rs. 56,100 per month.
