Candidates must submit the following documents.

• Original and photocopy of birth certificate

• Original Class 10 grade sheet

• Certificate of residence

• Original caste certificate

• Original physical disability certificate, if applicable. Medical fitness certificate from a government medical practitioner.

• A declaration by the applicants that all of the documents they have submitted are genuine and that they have not provided any fraudulent information.
