IIT Jodhpur Recruitment 2019 For Non-Teaching Staff Members; Apply Before March 15

The Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur in Rajasthan, has invited online applications from eligible and experienced India nationals for filling 23 Non-Teaching positions on contractual basis for a period of five years, extendable further as per the requirement and candidate's performance. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from January 31, 2019, and close on March 15, 2019, by 5 pm.

The recruitment is for various positions comprising Registrar, Senior Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer, Scientific Officer, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Library Information Officer, Assistant Manager (Horticulture), Junior Superintendent, Junior Assistant, Junior Technical Assistant (Chemistry), Junior Technical Assistant (Bioscience and Bioengineering), Junior Technical Assistant (Electrical Engineering), Junior Technical Assistant Metallurgical & Materials Engineering) Junior Technical Assistant (Physics) and Junior Technical Assistant (Instrumentation).

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Non-Teaching posts through IIT Jodhpur Recruitment 2019 must have attained 27 years of age as on March 15, 2019, and must not have exceeded 55 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as per the Central Government rules.

Candidates applying for the post of Registrar, Senior Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer, Scientific Officer, Assistant Registrar and Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) must pay a prescribed application fee of Rs. 500 and Rs. 250 for the remaining posts through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode only as detailed in the notification. SC, ST, PWD, Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying application fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post Non-Teaching posts through IIT Jodhpur Recruitment 2019 must possess a Master's Degree/B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ M.Sc/B.Sc/Law Degree/Diploma in relevant disciplines/fields from a recognised University/Institute as detailed in the notification against each post.

He/She must have relevant work experience in the area of application.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Non-Teaching posts through IIT Jodhpur Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test, Trade Test, Presentation and/or Interview.

Candidates selected as to various Non-Teaching posts will be paid in the range of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 1,44,200 per month as per the designation.
