IIT JEE Advanced Registration Date Out for Indian Nationals, Check Out the Details Here

IIT Madras, the organizing institute; is all set to conduct the IIT JEE Advanced 2024 examination throughout the country. Registration for JEE Advanced 2024 is now open to overseas nationals at IIT Madras. For Indian nationals, the JEE Advanced application form release date is April 27, 2024. For Indian and foreign nationals alike, the last day to apply for JEE Advanced 2024 is set to be May 7, 2024. All candidates must submit their application fees by May 10th. On the official website, jeeadv.ac.in, JEE Advanced 2024 mock exams have also been made available by IIT Madras. May 26, 2024, is when the JEE Advanced 2024 examination is scheduled to take place.

The JEE Advanced information brochure is now available in both Hindi and English from IIT Madras, the institute that will be holding JEE Advanced in 2024. The official JEE Advanced 2024 website also has the schedule and syllabus for the exam. To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2024, candidates had to have taken the JEE Main examination in 2024 and passed the Advanced exam cutoff.

Because of the reduction in the JEE Main syllabus, IIT Madras has issued the JEE Advanced syllabus 2024, and it remains unchanged. Every year, the distribution of exam questions, the JEE Advanced total score, and the marking method are updated. Physics, Chemistry, and Math are the three components found in each of the two computer-based test (CBT) papers that constitute the JEE Advanced Examination. To be eligible for admission to the IITs, candidates must attempt papers 1 and 2. Exam times are as follows: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for JEE Advanced 2024 paper 1, and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for examination paper 2.

Who is Eligible for JEE Advanced Examination 2024?:

Candidates must pass the 10+2 exam in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum score of 75% (65% for SC/ST candidates) to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2024. They also need to rank in the top 2,50,000 applicants and be eligible for the JEE Main. Students who meet these requirements will be permitted to take the JEE Advanced 2024 exam.

Eligibility for Foreign Candidates / OCI/PIO Candidates:

OCI and the international candidates. PIO candidates do not need to take the JEE Main examination; instead, they must finish their education to the level of a 10+2. Candidates like these may apply straight to JEE Advanced. Additionally, candidates who are international, OCI, or PIO must fulfill additional qualifications.

Steps to Fill JEE Advanced Application Form 2024:

The procedures listed below must be followed by candidates to successfully submit their JEE Advanced 2024 Application:
Step 1: Visit the JEE Advanced official website; jeeadv.ac.in to get the application form.
Step 2: Register your mobile number and email ID.
Step 3: Then, log on to the JEE Advanced portal.
Step 4: On the portal, click on the application form button and continue to fill out the JEE Advanced 2024 application form. Candidates must fill in all the details correctly and revisit the details before submitting them.
Step 5: Once the details are filled in, candidates will be directed to the payment section. Here, candidates can choose their preferred mode of payment.
Step 6: After the payment is completed, the entire application form will be showcased on the screen.
Step 7: Candidates need to take a printout of the application form for any future references.
