IIT Guwahati has announced the results of IIT-JEE Advances 2023 Examination held on June 4th 2023. Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy from Hyderabad Zone tops this year. Whereas Nayakanti Naga Bhavya Sree has secured 1st rank in the female list. Here is the full list of toppers all over India as well as across the categories and zones.
