The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B) has opened the registration portal for IIT JAM 2026 at joaps.iitb.ac.in. Candidates aspiring for admission to M.Sc., Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree and other postgraduate programs at IITs and IISc can now apply online.

The registration window is open for eligible candidates who must carefully check the eligibility criteria, important dates, application fee, and required documents before applying.
The IIT JAM 2026 exam will serve as the gateway to over 3,000 postgraduate seats across IITs and IISc Bengaluru. Candidates are advised to complete their application well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
The IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for Masters) 2026 registration process has officially started on the JOAPS portal (joaps.iitb.ac.in), with IIT Bombay being the organizing institute this year. 3. Generate a User ID & Password and log in.
4. Fill the application form, upload scanned documents (photo, signature, certificates).
5. Pay the application fee online via debit/credit card/UPI/net banking.
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
