For Associate Professor:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD.
• Experience: At least six years of teaching or research experience, with a minimum of three years as an Assistant Professor Grade I in IITs, NITs, or equivalent institutions.

• Publications: At least 10 refereed conference/journal papers, with a minimum of four in reputed journals. Two of these publications should be from the last three years.
• Projects: Completion of one sponsored R&D or consulting project as a Principal Investigator (PI) or two such projects as a co-PI.

For Professor:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD.
• Experience: A minimum of ten years of teaching or research experience, including at least four years as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
• Teaching Record: A proven track record in teaching both basic and advanced courses.
• Publications: At least 20 refereed conference/journal papers, with eight in reputed journals and three published within the last four years.
• PhD Guidance: Independently guided at least one PhD student or jointly guided two PhD students with other faculty or researchers.
• Projects: Completion of one sponsored R&D or consulting project as a PI.

Salary Details

• Associate Professor: Rs 1,39,600 to Rs 2,11,300 with a minimum pay level of 13A2.
• Professor: Rs 1,59,100 to Rs 2,20,200 with a minimum pay level of 14A.
