Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this esteemed position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science, or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks.
- Candidates who have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR, or equivalent tests like SLET/SET recognized by UGC, or who hold a PhD in compliance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016 and updates) are eligible.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a university or institute environment.
Age Limit:
45 years

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: ₹57,700 to ₹1,82,400 per month, aligned with Academic Pay Level - 10 under the 7th CPC.
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a Test/Interview, with interviewees eligible for travel reimbursement (AC2-Tier by Train/Economy Class by Air) along with road travel expenses for journeys within India.
