IIT Bombay is now accepting applications for the 2024 Human Resources Internship, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on HR experience at a prestigious institution.

The Technology Innovation Hub for IoT andE (TIH-IoT) at IIT Bombay is part of the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS). It focuses on advancing Industry 4.0 and related fields through translational research. Operating as a Section 8 corporation, TIH-IoT leverages academic expertise and fosters close industry collaboration.

With a goal to become a global leader in IoT and IoE technologies, TIH-IoT combines interdisciplinary research, international partnerships, and industry support. The hub emphasizes both basic and applied research to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR intern will take on several important responsibilities, including:

Analyzing job descriptions to fully understand the requirements.
Ensuring the timely delivery of verified candidate profiles.
Assisting with resume screening through various employment portals.
Setting up interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Maintaining and organizing HR documents and files.
Keeping the HR database updated and well-maintained.

Internship Details

The internship at IIT Bombay will last for three months, with a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
