PhD admissions in IISER Mohali
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali has invited applications for PhD programs in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Earth and Environmental Science and Humanities and Social Sciences. Candidates interested in research in these subjects can apply.
The last date to apply is October 10. The session will start from January, 2017.
Eligibility:
- The candidate should possess master's degree/ B.Tech/ MBBS/ M.Tech with good academic record
- The candidate should have qualified GATE/ CSIR or UGC NET/ JEST/ NBHM-JRF/ JGEEBILS/ GPAT/ ICMR-JRF/ DBT-JRF/ DST-INSPIRE

How to Apply:
- Go to the official page
- Select PhD admissions - Jan 2017
- Enter a valid email id which will be used for future correspondence
- Use the login credentials sent to the registered mail to login
- Fill up the application form with correct information
- Click Submit
- Click on "Download Report PDF" to download the application form
- Take the print out of the application form, paste a photograph and duly sign it with date
- This copy should be brought at the time of interview
Selection Procedure:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of application submitted
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- Selection will be done on the basis of interview
