The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) has officially announced the updated schedule for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2025. This crucial exam serves as the gateway for students aspiring to pursue BS-MS dual degree programs and four-year BS degree programs in Science, Engineering Sciences, and Economic Sciences (the latter exclusive to IISER Bhopal). Key Dates for IISER IAT 2025

• Registration Start Date: March 10, 2025 (Originally March 5)

• Registration Closing Date: April 15, 2025

• Correction Window: April 21 - April 22, 2025

• Admit Card Release: May 15, 2025

• Exam Date: May 25, 2025

• Answer Key Release: Immediately after the exam

Eligibility Criteria: Are You Eligible?

• Must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination in the science stream.

• Must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (General category).

• SC, ST, and PwD category candidates require a minimum of 55% marks.

• Applicants must fill out category-specific forms during the application process.

Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

• Biology: 15 Questions

• Chemistry: 15 Questions

• Mathematics: 15 Questions

• Physics: 15 Questions

• Total: 60 Multiple-Choice QuestionsDuration: 180 Minutes (3 Hours)Scoring System:

• +4 marks for every correct answer

• -1 mark for incorrect answers
