IIM Lucknow Placement 2022-24 - Highest Package, Average CTC, Top Recruiters

In the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow placements for the 2022-24 academic year, 570 offers are made for 566 students. The top MNCs and Indian giants have offered high salary packages to the students of IIM-Lucknow well before their completion of the course. The Highest placement offered is of Rs. 42 Lakhs i.e. 3.5 Lakh per month by a company working in the Banking sector.

This year IIM Lucknow achieved the highest-ever average and median stipends of 1.41 lacs per month and 1.50 lacs per month respectively, with the maximum salary package reaching 3.50 lacs per month. The Institute recorded an 8.5% rise in the average and 20% rise in the median stipend from last year.

According to the placement report shared by the institution, IIM Lucknow concluded its Summer Placements for the Batch of PGP38 and ABM19. This year again the Institute completed 100% placements by placing students across many roles in Banking, Consulting, Operations & Retail E-Commerce, Finance, IT & Analytics, General Management, Sales & Marketing, with top recruiters.

This year, more than 185 recruiters participated in the Summer Placement Process.

Top recruiters include names like Accenture, Amazon, BCG, EY, Deloitte, Pidilite, JSW, P&G, American Express, Dr. Reddy's, Vedanta, etc. 34 students were hired by Accenture. Amazon picked 25 students where as 21 students were picked by BCG. Bain hired 19 students, PWE 18, and McKinsey & Company hired 15 students.

Barclays, HDFC Bank, HSBS, Kotak Mahindra, Redfort Capital, British International Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sach, etc.

The BFSI sector saw the participation of companies such as ArgaInvestments, Avendus Capital, Barclays, Bernstein, British International Investment, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Multiples PE, and The Rohatyn Group among others. These firms extended offers for their private equity, front-end investment banking, equity research, global markets, corporate banking, capital markets, private banking, credit risk and consumer banking roles.

Batch 2022-24

The 2022-24 batch includes 159 freshers. 44 students are having work experience of less than 1 year, 102 students have 13-24 months of experience, 76 students are having 37-48 months and 19 students are having more than 4 years of experience.

Fields opted by students- 43 students opted for Consulting, 143 IT and Analytics, 32 decided to go for finance, 43 in Sales and Marketing, 110 opted for other sectors.
