IIM Bangalore introduces Aerospace and Aviation Management course

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore introduces Aerospace and Aviation Management course from December 01, 2014.

IIM, Bangalore has partnered with Toulouse Business School (TBS), France to offer part-time certificate programme, called General Management Programme for Aerospace and Aviation Executives (GMAE).

It is being offered to the working professional from aerospace and aviation sector. [IIM-B is the top B-School in Central Asia]

IIM, B introduces Aerospace & Aviation Management

For the first-time premier b-school is offering such courses in aerospace and aviation management in the country at a time when Indian and foreign companies are showing growth opportunities.

Aspirants who complete GMAE programme from IIM Bangalore will be eligible to pursue the aerospace MBA being offered by TBS. Aerospace MBA is a two-year programme delivered by both faculty members from TBS and IIM-B together with industry experts from aeronautics, aviation, space and defence.

"Strong market growth rate and development of infrastructure in our country will accelerate business opportunities for aviation industry-related players," says S Raghunath, professor of corporate strategy and policy at IIMB.

The fee structure for the programme will be Rs 5,75,000/- plus taxes per aspirant. Around 80 aspirants will admit to this programme.
