IIM Ahmedabad signs MoU with Melbourne University

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with University of Melbourne.

Both the institutes have signed MoU for student and faculty exchange programme.

The signing programme was initiated in 2012. The MoU was signed by Andrew Robb, Australian Minister for Trade and Investment.

The minister Robb has visited the Gujarat for Vibrant Gujarat summit.

As per the reports, the minister interacted with students and undertook a tour of the IIM campus along with a delegation that comprised the Australian High Commissioner to India, Patrick Suckling, the Secretary of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Varghese, the Australian Consul General from Mumbai, Mark Pierce, among others.
