IGNOU recruitment is happening for the posts of Consultant and Senior Consultant. Candidates interested can apply by following the guidelines given here
An official employment notification has been released by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) calling out for interested, eligible candidates to apply for the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant. The appointment shall be initially for a period of six months and may be extended.

Eligibility required
Educational qualification:
The candidates interested in applying for this post should be holding a Master's degree in physics with a minimum of 55 per cent marks and should be NET/PhD qualified as per UGC guidelines.
Age criteria
The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 69 years.
Salary Details
Senior Consultant:
The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of R 50,000 to Rs 70,000.
Consultant:
The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000.
Selection process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the same.
