IGNOU re-extends January 2024 admission registration deadline; Know the date

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the deadline to March 31 for fresh admissions for the January 2024 academic year. Prospective candidates can submit their applications on the official website ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Eligible students can also apply for government scholarships through the national scholarship portal scholarships.gov.in after confirming their admission. Aspiring students interested in enrolling for the IGNOU January 2024 session, which offers online distance learning and online mode programs, now have an additional 10 days to register for the courses.

To register for IGNOU January 2024 programs, follow these steps:

• Visit the official website ignou.ac.in.
• Click on 'Register Online' and then 'Fresh Admissions.'
• Select the 'New Registrations' tab.
• Complete all the required registration details.
• Log in using the login details sent to your email ID and phone number, and provide the necessary information.
• Choose your desired program, complete all other required details, and submit the application.
• Finally, submit the form and save the page for future reference.

If candidates encounter any registration difficulties, they should contact their respective regional centers to reset their accounts or update their email addresses and mobile numbers. Additionally, if a candidate accidentally makes double payments for a single course, one of the payments will be refunded.
