IGNOU Admit Card December 2018 Released

IGNOU is all set to release the admit cards for December 2018. Candidates are advised to check the steps to download the admit cards prior to release.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), which is offering high-quality teaching through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode, has released the admit cards for the December 2018 examinations. Candidates who registered for the examination can visit the official website to download the admit card.

IGNOU has accepted the online applications till the end of October 2018. The examinations will take place between December 1 and 31, 2018. The university will release the admit cards at least 10 days prior to the exam schedule. According to official sources, IGNOU will release the admit cards on November 22, 2018.

Steps To Download The IGNOU Admit Cards December 2018

Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU - www.ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the link 'Admit Card for December 2018 exam' flashing on the homepage.
Step 3: A new page will be displayed with several options.
Step 4: Click on the relevant link.
Step 5: Enter the nine-digit enrollment number.
Step 6: Clicking on the submit button will display the admit card on the screen.
Step 7: Download and take a printout of the IGNOU admit card December 2018.

If candidates are unable to download their admit cards, they are advised to visit the regional centre near to them to obtain the exam-related information. Annually, IGNOU selects the candidates for the courses twice a year in the months of January and July. However, it will conduct the examination in the months of December and May.

One should carry the printout of the IGNOU admit card to take the December 2018 examination. Along with IGNOU admit card, test takers should also carry identity cards such as driving licence, voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN card and passport. Candidates are advised to visit the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination. According to the sources, IGNOU has released more than 5.94 lakh admit cards.
