IDBI Recruitment 2019 For 40 Managers, AGM And DGM Posts; Earn Up To 50,000 Per Month

The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), under Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 40 vacancies to the post of Chartered Accountants in various capacities comprising Deputy General Managers (DGM), Assistant General Managers (AGM) and Managers to be posted in IDBI's various sections/divisions comprising FAD/Taxation, Treasury, Risk Management and Corporate Banking. The online application process towards the same starts from March 20, 2019 and closes on April 14, 2019 (Tentative).

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Managers, AGMs and DGMs through IDBI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 25 years of age as on March 01, 2019 and must not be more than 45 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per Govt. of India guidelines.

Candidates must pay a requisite amount of Rs. 700 (GEN/OBC) as application processing fee and intimation charges through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit etc payment gateways) mode only as detailed in the notification. However, SC/ST candidates must only pay intimation charges of Rs. 150

Educational Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Managers, AGMs and DGMs through IDBI Recruitment 2019 must possess Graduation/Post-Graduation (first-class) in any stream (preferably Commerce) from a recognized University/Institution, with relevant work experience in the desired field. Candidates with an MBA/ICWA will be given preference.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Managers, AGMs and DGMs through IDBI Recruitment 2019 will be done through Screening/Shortlisting, Group Discussion and Interview.

Candidates selected as Managers, AGMs and DGMs will be paid an emolument in the following scale:

Deputy General Manager (DGM): Rs. 33,600 to Rs. 53,900 per month
Assistant General Manager (AGM): Rs. 42,020 to Rs. 51,490 per month
Managers: Rs. 31,705 to Rs. 45,950 per month
