The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), a leading public sector bank, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 120 Specialist Cadre Officers posts comprising of General Manager, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Managers in IDBI's multiple domains through direct recruitment. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from March 30, 2019 and closes on April 15, 2019 (Tentative)

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Specialist Cadre Officers through IDBI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 25 years of age as on March 01, 2019 and must not be more than 45 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines as detailed in the notification.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 700 (GEN/OBC) and Rs. 150 (ST/ST/PWD) respectively as application processing fee-cum-intimation charges through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit/IMPS/Mobil Wallets/Cash Cards etc payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria, Experience And Pay Scale

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Specialist Cadre Officers through IDBI Recruitment 2019 must possess the following qualifications:

GM (Grade E): Possess an MBA/CA/CFA/Post Graduation in Commerce/ Economics from a recognized University/Institute with at least twelve-years experience in Banking/ Treasury in Officers capacity; Pay Scale - Rs. 36,200 to Rs. 58,400 per month

DGM (Grade D): B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communication/ Electronics & Electrical/Information Technology/Computer Science; MBA (Marketing)/CA/CFA/PG Degree in Commerce/Economics from a recognized University/Institute with at least seven to ten years experience in Banking sector; Pay Scale - Rs. 33,600 to Rs. 53,900 per month

AGM (Grade C): Masters Degree in Hindi with English or Masters Degree in English with Hindi; BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communication/ Electronics & Electrical/Information Technology/Computer Science; MBA (Marketing)/CA/CFA/PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/MCA from a recognized University/Institute Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with at least five to seven years experience in Banking sector or relevant domain; Pay Scale - Rs. 42,020 to Rs. 51,490 per month

Manager (Grade B): Law Degree; Masters Degree in Hindi with English or Masters Degree in English with Hindi; BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communication/ Electronics & Electrical/Information Technology/Computer Science; MBA (Marketing)/CA/CFA/PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/MCA from a recognized University/Institute Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with at least two to five years experience in relevant domain; Pay Scale - Rs. 31,705 to Rs. 58,400 per month as per the designation

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Specialist Cadre Officers through IDBI Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.

Candidates selected as Specialist Cadre Officers will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 31,705 to Rs. 58,400 per month as per the designation
