IDBI Careers: Apply Online For 61 Specialist Officers (DGM, AGM And Manager) Posts Starting Today

The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), a leading public sector bank, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced Indian nationals for filling 61 Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) post in various capacities - Deputy General Manager -DGM (Grade D), Assistant General Manager - AGM (Grade C) and Manager (Grade B) through direct recruitment. The registration-cum-application process towards the same starts on November 28, 2019 and closes on December 12, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Specialist Cadre Officers post through IDBI Careers must fall in the age group between 25 years and 45 years as on November 1, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-SM candidates as per the Government of India guidelines.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 700 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 150 (SC/ST) respectively as application processing through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only. PWD candidates, however, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Specialist Cadre Officers post through IDBI Careers must possess a Graduate Degree (Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Science/Fisheries, etc); Post graduate in Psychology/MBA in HRM; Graduate in Commerce; CA/MBA/Graduation with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from a recognised University/Institute with three to ten years of work experience in the concerned area/domain.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Specialist Cadre Officers through IDBI Careers will be done through a Preliminary Screening, Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personnel Interview (PI).

Candidates selected as Specialist Cadre Officers through IDBI Careers will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 31,705 to Rs. 59,170 per month as per the designation.
