ICFRE Recruitment 2019 For 54 Scientist-B Posts; Earn Up To INR 56,100 Per Month

The Indian Council of Forest Research and Education (ICFRE), under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India has invited online applications from qualified Indian citizens for filling 54 vacancies to the post of Scientist-B under various disciplines comprising Forestry, Forest Hydrology, Biotechnology, Soil Science, Botany, Chemistry, Entomology, Forest Economics, Plant Pathology, Wood Science & Technology, Marine living resources/Marine Biology, Ecology, Forest Genetics and Seed Technology through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same starts from April 01, 2019 and closes on May 15, 2019 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Scientist-B through ICFRE Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age as on May 15, 2019 and must not have exceeded 35 years, with relaxation in the upper age limit up to reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Candidates must remit a specified amount of Rs. 1500 (Gen/OBC/EWS) as application processing fee through online mode (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways). SC/ST/Divyang/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees as detailed in the advertisement.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Scientist-B through ICFRE Recruitment 2019 must possess a Ph.D/M.Tech/M.Sc (First Class); BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline/subject from a recognized University/Institution as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Scientist-B through ICFRE Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Examination of competitive nature for 400 marks and Personal Interview.
Candidates selected as Scientist-B will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 56,100 to Rs.1,77,500 per month
