The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation May 2025 examination results on Saturday, July 6, 2025, via the official websites - icai.org, icai.nic.in, and caresults.icai.org.

According to ICAI's latest notification:

CA Final & Intermediate results will be released by 2 PM
CA Foundation results will be available at 5 PM the same day

Thousands of candidates who appeared for the May 2025 cycle can access their individual scorecards, subject-wise marks, and overall pass status using their roll number and registration number.

How to Check ICAI CA May 2025 Results

To download your result, follow these steps:

Visit the official ICAI result portal: icai.nic.in or caresults.icai.org
Select your exam (Foundation, Inter, or Final)
Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, and the Captcha Code
Click "Submit" to view your result
Download and save the result PDF for future reference

Passing Criteria

To qualify for any level of the CA exam:

A candidate must score at least 40% in each paper
A minimum aggregate of 50% in a group is mandatory
Candidates scoring 70% or more in a group will receive a "Pass with Distinction"

Expected Pass Percentage

While official pass percentages will be revealed post-result declaration, based on trends:

CA Foundation pass rate is likely around 20-25%
CA Intermediate Group I and Group II may range between 15-20%
