ICAI CA Final, Intermediate & Foundation Results 2025 To Be Declared on July 6 at icai.nic.in

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation May 2025 examination results on Saturday, July 6, 2025, via the official websites - icai.org, icai.nic.in, and caresults.icai.org.

According to ICAI's latest notification:

• CA Final & Intermediate results will be released by 2 PM
• CA Foundation results will be available at 5 PM the same day

Thousands of candidates who appeared for the May 2025 cycle can access their individual scorecards, subject-wise marks, and overall pass status using their roll number and registration number.

To download your result, follow these steps:

• Visit the official ICAI result portal: icai.nic.in or caresults.icai.org
• Select your exam (Foundation, Inter, or Final)
• Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, and the Captcha Code
• Click "Submit" to view your result
• Download and save the result PDF for future reference

Passing Criteria

To qualify for any level of the CA exam:

• A candidate must score at least 40% in each paper
• A minimum aggregate of 50% in a group is mandatory
• Candidates scoring 70% or more in a group will receive a "Pass with Distinction"

Expected Pass Percentage
