ICAI CA May 2020 Exam Postponed, Check New Exam Dates

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the Chartered Accountant (CA) May 2020 examination. Institute has taken the decision after analysing the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak situation in the country. The CA May 2020 exams scheduled between May 2 and 18 rescheduled from June 19 to July 4, 2020. Candidates who are aspiring for the examination are advised to check the new CA May 2020 exam dates below. It is also advised to visit the official website regularly for latest updates.

ICAI CA May 2020 exam postponed to June 2020. The new exam dates for CA June 2020 listed below.

CA Foundation June 2020 Exam Date - Under New Scheme

• 27th, 29th June 2020, 1st & 3rd July 2020

CA IPCC June 2020 Exam Date - Under Old Scheme

• Group-I : 20th, 22nd, 24th & 26th June 2020
• Group-II: 28th, 30th June 2020 & 2nd July 2020

CA Intermediate June 2020 Exam Date - Under New Scheme

ICAI has released an important notice regarding the postponement of the CA May 2020 exam.

The official notice reads, "In continuation to the Important Announcement dated 1st January 2020, it is hereby notified for general information that in view of the ongoing spurt of the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of the wellbeing of students, the Chartered Accountant Examinations initially scheduled from 2nd May 2020 to 18th May 2020 stand rescheduled and the said examinations shall now be held from 19th June 2020 to 4th July, 2020 as per details given below."

ICAI CA May 2020 postponed notice

On March 24, ICAI has released an important notice regarding the exam of CA May 2020 exam. Institute has said that it takes the action in mid-April regarding the postponement of CA May examinations 2020. However, it has released the new exam dates for CA May 2020.
