The IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 Interview Call Letter is now officially available on the IBPS website, marking the final stage of the selection process for 5,208 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies across participating public-sector banks.

Candidates who have cleared the IBPS PO Mains Exam can log in using their Registration Number, Roll Number, Password, or Date of Birth to download the admit card from ibps.in.
The interview is a crucial round conducted by IBPS to evaluate the candidate's communication skills, banking awareness, personality traits, situational judgment, leadership potential, and overall suitability for the PO role. The interview call letter contains essential information such as the interview venue, address, date, reporting time, session details, and important instructions for the candidate.
Candidates must ensure they download and print the call letter before the last date, December 24, 2025. It is mandatory to carry the following documents:
- Interview Call Letter (hard copy)
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
- Photocopies of ID proof
- Educational Certificates
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificates (if required)
The IBPS interview round typically follows a structured pattern and is conducted by a panel of senior banking officials. Candidates are assessed on:
- Banking & Financial Awareness
- Current Affairs & Economic Developments
- Basic Banking Terminology
- Communication Skills & Confidence
- Ability to handle pressure and customer interactions
- Decision-making and analytical thinking
The IBPS PO selection process consists of three stages:
- Prelims Exam

Only those who clear the interview round and secure a place in the final merit list will be eligible for provisional allotment in public-sector banks.

For smooth access, IBPS has also activated the direct link on the official portal. In case of server issues, candidates should retry after some time. The interview call letter is a mandatory entry document and must be preserved until the final completion of the recruitment process.
