IARI Recruitment 2019 For Young Professional, Research Associate And SRF Through 'Walk-In' Selection

The ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), under NAHEP-CAAST project, has invited applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for filling 27 vacancies to the post of Young Professionals, Research Associates and Senior Research Fellows through a 'Walk-In-Interview' process scheduled on May 17, 2019 from 9:30 am onwards in the Division of Plant Physiology, ICAR-IARI, Pusa Campus, New Delhi -110012.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in joining as Young Professionals, Research Associates and SRF through IARI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 35 years of age and not be more than 40 years as specified in the notification, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to five years for SC/ST/OBC and Women candidates as per the Govt. of India/ICAR rules.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Young Professionals, Research Associates and SRF through IARI Recruitment 2019 must possess a B.Tech/Master's Degree (computer science/information technology/information sciences/computer engineering); MCA; Ph.D/Master's Degree in Genetics/Plant Genetic Resources/ Biochemistry/Plant Breeding/Entomology/Nematology/PlantPathology/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/Plant Physiology or relevant life sciences or equivalent with desirable work experience in relevant domain.

Candidates must have qualified UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/MHRD-GATE. For further details, refer to the official notification given at the end of the article.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Young Professionals, Research Associates and SRF through IARI Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates' performance in the walk-in-interview and academic marks secured by the candidates in the respective discipline/branch.

Candidates selected as Young Professionals, Research Associates and SRF will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 25, 000 to Rs. 40,000 per month as per the designation
