Exam Dates:
- PGT (Level III): July 26, 2025
- TGT (Level II): July 27, 2025 - Morning
- PRT (Level I): July 27, 2025 - Evening
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet educational qualifications specific to the level they are applying for:
Level I - Primary Teacher (PRT):
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks
- Must be pursuing or completed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Level II - Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT):
- Graduation in any discipline
- Must have completed or be pursuing a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed
Level III - Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):
- Master's Degree with at least 50% in the relevant subject
- B.Ed is mandatory
Note: Only Indian citizens eligible under Haryana government rules can apply.
Application Fee
The application fee depends on your category and number of levels:

- Upload scanned documents - photo, signature, and thumb impression
- Pay the application fee
- Submit and download the confirmation page
Correction Window
If you make any mistakes during registration, BSEH will allow you to edit your application between June 6 and June 7, 2025.
You can modify:
- Name, contact details, and personal info
- Level/subject applied for
- Photograph and signature
- Category or disability status
No corrections will be allowed after this window closes.
HTET 2025 Exam Pattern
Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR-based)
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Total Questions: 150 (1 mark each)
Negative Marking: None
Qualifying Marks: 60% (90 marks); 55% for reserved categories in Haryana
Validity of HTET Certificate
The HTET certificate will be valid for 7 years, and there's no limit on the number of attempts. Even if you qualify once, you can reappear to improve your score.
