HSCL Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline (Civil) with at least 55% marks or equivalent from a recognised institute. The candidate should possess a Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidates applying for General Manager posts is 49 years, for Additional General Manager posts is 45 years, and for Deputy General Manager is 41 years.
The age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category candidates according to government norms.

HSCL Recruitment 2021: Selection Criteria And Pay Scale
The candidates will be selected for the Managerial posts through HSCL Recruitment 2021 on the basis of a personal interview followed by a Group Discussion, Interview, or written test.
The candidates selected for the General Manager posts will get a salary of Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 2,40,000, for Additional General Manager Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 2,20,000, for Deputy General Manager Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000, and for Manager posts Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000.
