HPSSC Recruitment 2019 For 226 Language Teachers And Other Staff; Application Starts From March 5

The Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) has invited online applications from eligible India citizens for filling 226 vacancies to the post of Language Teachers, JEE, Lab Assistants and other posts through direct recruitment. The online recruitment application (ORA) process starts from March 05, 2019 and closes on April 04, 2019 by 11:59 pm.

The recruitment is for various positions comprising Language Teacher (155), Mechanic- Electrical and Printing (2), Copy Holder (1), Dispenser (2), Laboratory Assistant (7), Laboratory Technician (4), Sr. Scientist-Drugs (2), Fitter (28), Hostel Warden (3), Assistant Video Cameraman (1), Technical Assistant (3), Junior Environmental Engineer (14), Electrician (1), Civil Defence Instructor/ Chief Instructor/ Platoon Commander/ Administrative Officer/ Asst Store Officer (3).

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the above posts through HPSSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on January 01, 2019, and must not have exceeded 45 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as per the set HPSSC guidelines. However, candidates applying for the post of Fitter must have attained 18 years of age as on January 01, 2019, and must not have exceeded 30 years.

Candidates must pay a requisite amount of Rs. 360 (GEN/UR), Rs. 120 (General IRDP, PH & OtherS), Rs. 120 (SC/ST/OBC of HP) respectively as examination fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode, or through computer generated Challan or Lokmitra Kendra as detailed in the notification.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for Language Teachers and other posts through HPSSC Recruitment 2019 must possess the following qualifications:

Language Teacher - BA (Hindi) with Diploma in Elementary Education, B.Ed/MA (Hindi) with B.Ed

Mechanic (Electrical) - 10+2/Class 12 or equivalent , NTC/ ITI

Mechanic (Printing) - 10+2, Class 12 or equivalent , NTC/ ITI

Copy Holder - 10+2/Class or equivalent

Dispenser - Matriculate with Science, Diploma (Pharmacy)

Laboratory Assistant - 10+2/Class 12 or equivalent, Diploma (Pharmacy)

Laboratory Technician - Diploma in Pharmacy

Sr. Scientist (Drugs) - Graduate/Post Graduate in Medicine/Science/Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Medical Laboratory Technology/ Microbiology/Food and Drugs from a recognised University established by law in India

Fitter - Matric/Class 10 with ITI (Fitter)

Hostel Warden - Bachelor Degree

Assistant Video Cameraman - Matriculation/Class 10, Diploma (Cinematography)
Laboratory Assistant(Biology & Serology) - B.Sc (Medical)

Technical Assistant - Matric/Class 10, B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical), Diploma (Electrical Engg.)

Junior Environmental Engineer - Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering).

Electrician - ITI Certificate in Electrician trade with four years experience.

Civil Defence Instructor/ Chief Instructor/ Platoon Commander/ Administrative Officer/ Asst Store Officer: 10+2, Holding honorary Rank of Platoon Commander or above/ serving Havildar Instructor/Quarter Master Havildar, etc

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Language Teachers and other posts through HPSSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test (Objective Test), Skill Tests /Physical Standard and Efficiency Test as applicable.

Candidates selected as Language Teachers and to other posts will be paid remuneration in the range of Rs. 5,910 to Rs. 34,800 per month as per the designation.
