HP Police Recruitment 2019: Apply Offline For 92 Constables Post Before September 30

The Himachal Pradesh Police Department (HPPD) has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and interested candidates for recruiting 92 Police Constables (PC) through direct selection to be posted in the Directorate of Police Communication and Technical Services in Himachal Pradesh. The offline application process towards the started on August 22, 2019 and closes on September 30, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Police Constables (PC) posts through HP Police Recruitment 2019 must have attained 20 years of age as on September 1, 2019 and not be more than 25 years (Gen/EWS) and 27 years (SC/ST/OBC) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 140 (Gen/UR) and Rs. 35 (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL) respectively as application processing fee in the form of a Bank Draft/IPO drawn in favor of 'Superintendent of Police, Communication and Technical Services, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla - 171002.'

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Police Constables (PC) posts through HP Police Recruitment 2019 must have passed Class 10/SSC/Matriculation or equivalent with Engineering Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics and Telecommunication/ Information Technology from a recognised Board/University/Institute, and must meet the Physical and Medical Standards specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Police Constables (PC) through HP Police Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test (70 marks), Physical Efficiency Test-PET (20 marks) and Personality Test (10 marks).

Candidates selected as Police Constables (PC) will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 5,910 to Rs. 20,200 per month with a Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900.

Candidates applying for Police Constables (PC) posts through HP Police Recruitment 2019 must fill the application form in a prescribed format attached with the advertisement, and send the same along with relevant supporting documents to the, "Superintendent of Police, Communication & Technical Services, New Police Complex, Khalini, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh -171002," on or before September 30, 2019 by ordinary post/registered post/by hand.
