Hindustan Shipyard Recruitment For 51 Designers, Junior Supervisors, Assistants And Inspectors Post

The Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), a Shipbuilding and Ship repair Yard under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, has released an official advertisement, inviting online applications from qualified and interested Indian citizens for filling 51 vacancies to the post Designer Gr-IV (Mechanical/Electrical), Junior Supervisor Gr-III (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), Office Assistant (Secretarial), Junior Fire Inspector Gr-IV and Driver Grade V through direct recruitment.
The application-cum-registration process towards the same started on March 8, 2020 and closes on April 7, 2020 by 5:00 pm with April 14, 2020 as the last date for receipt of hard-copy of the printed online application.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for various posts in Hindustan Shipyard must not be more than 28 years of age (25 years for Office Assistant) as on April 7, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as applicable.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 200 (Gen/OBC/UR) as application processing fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of M/s. Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., payable at Visakhapatnam. SC/ST/PWD and internal candidates, however, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates interested in applying for various posts in Hindustan Shipyard must has passed Class 10/SSC or equivalent with a valid LMV/HMV license; possess Diploma in relevant engineering discipline; Graduation from recognised Institution/University.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to various posts in Hindustan Shipyard will be done through a Written Test and Document Verification.

Candidates selected to various posts in Hindustan Shipyard will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 24,000 per month.
