The Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL India Ltd.), a Govt. of India PSE under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has invited applications in a prescribed format from qualified and experienced Indian nationals for filling Eight (08) vacancies to the post of General Manager - 01 (Finance), Manager - 01 (HR), Assistant Manager - 03 (Finance, Rajbhasha) and Officer - 03 (Accounts, Rajbhasha) through direct recruitment on regular and fixed tenure basis. The offline application process towards the same closes on June 8, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Managers and Officers post through HIL India Recruitment 2020 must fall in the age group between 32 to 52 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC-NCL) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively.

Candidates' must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 590 as application processing in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "HIL (India) Limited" as specified in the advertisement. SC/ST/PwD/Ex.SM/Departmental candidates, however, are exempted from paying application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Managers and Officers post through HIL India Recruitment 2020 must possess a CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance); Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level or Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level; Should be Chartered or Cost Accountant; Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management/MBA (HR) /MSW/MLS/MPM/MLL & LW from a recognized from a recognised University/Institution with relevant years' of experience as detailed in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Managers and Officers post through HIL India Recruitment 2020 will be done through Shortlisting, Written Test/Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected for Managers and Officers post through HIL India Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 16, 400 to Rs. 62,000 per month as per the post.
