The Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HEC Ltd.), a PSE under Govt. of India, has invited offline applications from eligible and interested Indian citizens for recruiting 164 CTS Trainees under the craftsmanship training scheme in multiple trades comprising Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Welder and COPA through direct selection on the fulltime basis to be deployed at the HECL training institution in Ranchi, Jharkhand in India. The offline application process towards the same started on August 5, 2020 and closes on August 29, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Desirous candidates applying for CTS Trainees post through HECL Recruitment 2020 must have completed 14 years of age and not have exceeded 40 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC etc.) as per the Govt., of Jharkhand norms.

Desirous candidates applying for CTS Trainees post through HECL Recruitment 2020 must have passed Class 10th/Matriculation under 10+2 system for all trades except welder trade& Sewing Technology (Tailoring); passed Class 8th examination for trade of welder & Sewing Technology (Tailoring) or equivalent from a recognized Board or Council.

HECL Recruitment: Selection And Pay

The selection of candidates for CTS Trainees post through HECL Recruitment 2020 will be done on the basis of percentage of the marks obtained by the candidates' in the qualifying examination in the concerned trades.

Candidates selected for CTS Trainees post through HECL Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per the HECL norms.

Candidates applying for CTS Trainees post through HECL Recruitment 2020 must fill the application form in a prescribed format post-download as specified in the notification, and send the same along with relevant supporting documents to the "SDGM/Principal, HEC TRAINING INSTITUTE (HTI), Plant Plaza Road, Dhurwa, Ranchi- 834004 (Jharkhand)" on or before August 29, 2020 by 5:00 pm either HTI Counter or by post.
