Haryana has extended its centralised undergraduate admission deadline to September 15, 2026. The move gives applicants extra time to register, upload documents and pay fees. Many students earlier faced technical issues or delays. Registrars and principals in government, aided and self-financing colleges must implement this immediately.
Practically, the portal remains open for new registrations, edits and pending uploads. The department had reopened the system on August 9 to accommodate left‑out candidates and corrections. Counselling registration now runs through September 15. Complete submissions early to avoid traffic or last‑minute verification flags.

Visit admissions.highereduhry.ac.in and create a student profile using mobile and email. Enter academic, personal and reservation details carefully. Upload scanned documents, preview the form, and submit. Pay the registration fee online, currently Rs 100, then download the receipt and application printout.
Admissions are merit‑based using Class 12 marks from recognised boards. Most programmes require pass status; specific percentage cut‑offs vary by college and course. Applicants under Scheduled Caste, Backward Classes or Economically Weaker Sections must upload valid certificates. State domicile may be required to claim reservation benefits in Haryana colleges.
Keep scanned copies of Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, passport photo and signature. Add Aadhaar, domicile, category or EWS certificates if applicable. Arrange character, migration and transfer certificates from school or board. Use clear, readable scans; mismatches during verification can delay your merit position or fee window.
After verification, provisional and final merit lists are released for each round. Colleges then enable fee payment for offered seats through the portal. Physical counselling for leftover seats began in August under the earlier schedule. With registration open till September 15, expect rolling updates. DHE windows have previously closed at 11:59 PM.
For help, email [email protected] with your application and registration numbers. Mention full name and mobile for faster tracking. Use the “Unlock Form” option before the last date to fix errors. Keep fee payment proofs and college communications saved in case a grievance needs escalation.
Plan backwards from September 15, 2026, to avoid rush, server queues and verification delays. Finish registration, document uploads and fee payment well in advance. Track the portal for merit updates and payment windows. If you qualify under a category, prepare valid certificates now to secure benefits without last‑minute surprises.
