Haryana Police Telecommunication Wing is hiring 400 Special Police Officers (SPOs) through direct walk-ins. This recruitment drive operates under Section 21 of the Haryana Police Act. Eligible candidates must visit Panchkula in person from August 24 to August 27. There is no online application form or written test for this recruitment process.
The walk-in drive takes place at Police Lines Telecommunication in Panchkula near Village Moginand. Candidates must report by 9:00 AM on their assigned district date. Applicants from Panchkula, Ambala, and Yamunanagar report on August 24. This physical submission model ensures fast document verification without online delays or payment fees.

Only ex-servicemen of the Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) can apply. Former constables of disbanded Haryana State Industrial Security Force (HSISF) are also eligible. Candidates must be between 25 and 50 years old with Class 12 pass. Applicants need at least five years of service and medical category A at discharge.
Candidates must carry their original service discharge book along with educational certificates. They should also bring Aadhaar card, domicile certificate, and four passport-sized photographs. One set of self-attested photocopies and bank details are mandatory for final submission. Candidates with Signal Corps or telecommunication equipment experience will get preference during selection.
District slots run from August 24 to August 27 based on official public notices. August 25 covers Sonipat, Panipat, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Bhiwani, and Charkhi Dadri districts. Gurugram, Faridabad, Rewari, and nearby areas follow on August 26. Hisar, Sirsa, Jind, and Fatehabad candidates must attend on the final day, August 27.
Selected candidates receive a monthly honorarium of ₹20,000 directly into their bank accounts. They also get a one-time uniform allowance of ₹3,000 for their one-year tenure. Candidates should verify their district dates and reach the Panchkula venue early with all documents.
