The Haryana School Education Board (BSEH), Bhiwani is set to commence theory examinations for secondary (Class 10) and senior secondary (Class 12) students from February 27. The Class 10 exams will run until March 26, 2024, while the Class 12 exams will continue until April 2, 2024. Examinations will take place from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm across 1,484 examination centers statewide.

Apart from the regular exams, the board will also administer open school, re-appear, additional, mercy chance, and marks improvement exams starting February 27. "The board exams will run from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. A quarter of the questions will be objective type, each carrying one mark. Digital marking will be implemented this time, with answer sheets using auto mode codes," added the board official.
In the upcoming Haryana board Class 10 and 12 final exams, 25 percent of the questions will be objective-type, each carrying one mark. Additionally, the order of questions will vary across all codes. The Haryana School Education Board has also revised the pass criteria for Class 10. Students will now need to secure a total of 33 percent marks combined from internal assessments and written exams.
