Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Govt. of India-owned aerospace and defence company, has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for filling numerous vacancies to the post of Trade Apprentices (ITI) in multiple trades comprising Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), Machinist (Grinder), Welder (Gas & Electric), Electroplater, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) and Painter (General) through direct selection to be posted at HAL's Avionics Division at Korwa, Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. The application process towards the same started on December 24, 2019 and closes January 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Trade Apprentices through HAL Recruitment must not have exceeded 27 years of age as on January 15, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 30 years (OBC), 32 years (SC/ST) and 37 years (PWD) respectively.

Candidates from all categories are exempted from paying the fee towards application processing as specified in the notification given at the end of the article.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Trade Apprentices through HAL Recruitment must have passed Class 8; Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent with ITI in relevant trade from a NCVT recognised Board/University/Institute.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Trade Apprentices through HAL Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Candidates' academic performance and marks obtained in the relevant ITI examination.
Candidates selected as Trade Apprentices through HAL Recruitment will be paid a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship norms.
