Age Criteria And Fees

Eligibility Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Members of Foreigners Tribunal through Guwahati High Court Recruitment must be either Rtd. Judicial officers of Assam Judicial Service/Rtd. Civil Servants or Advocates with minimum seven years of practice as specified in the notification.

Candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as for the post of Members of Foreigners Tribunal through Guwahati High Court Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Written Test/Group Discussion/Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Members of Foreigners Tribunals will be paid an emolument of Rs. 85,000 per month.
