Gujarat Hight Court Recruitment 2019 For 124 Civil Judges; Apply Before 1st March 2019

The High Court of Gujarat has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling 124 vacancies (Regular) to the post of Civil Judges through direct recruitment to be appointed across the Courts in the State of Gujarat. The online application process towards the same will start from 01 February 2019 and will close on 01 March 2019 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fee

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Civil Judges through Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 35 years of age as on 01 March 2019, with a relaxation (upper age limit) of up to 38 years for SC/ST/SEBC/PWD and Ex-Serviceman categories.

Candidates are required to pay a prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- (General) and Rs. 500/- (SC/ST/SEBC/PWD and Ex-Serviceman) plus bank charges towards the examination. Educational Criteria

Candidates applying for the post of Civil Judges through Gujarat Hight Court Recruitment 2019 must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University/School established by law in India. The candidates must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of Criminal/Civil Jurisdiction. They should have also qualified the All India Bar Examination.

He/she must have a certificate attesting the possession of Basic Knowledge of Computers - Operation/Application approved by a Government Institute, or any other recognized Institute set up by the Govt. of Gujarat.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Civil Judges through Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Competitive Examination in three stages -

• Preliminary Examination - to be held on 05 May 2019.
• Main Written Examination - to be held on 07 July 2019.
• Viva-voce (Interview) - to be held in October/November 2019.

Candidates selected as Civil Judges will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 27,700/ - Rs. 44,850/- Per Month plus other allowances.
