GSSSB Recruitment 2020 For 686 Faculty And Tutor Posts, Apply Online Before June 12

The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), under Govt. of Gujarat, has invited online applications from qualified and interested Medical Professional candidates for filling 686 Faculty vacancies in capacity as Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Tutor in various subjects/disciplines to be posted at government medical colleges and teaching hospitals through direct recruitment on contract. The application-cum-registration process towards the same started on May 29, 2020 and closes on June 12, 2020 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Faculty posts through GSSSB Recruitment 2020 must fall in the age group between 35 to 45 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Gujarat Govt. norms.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Faculty posts through GSSSB Recruitment 2020 must possess an MD/MS/MDS/DM/M.Ch/DNB in the concerned subject; MBBS with M.Sc (Medical) or M.Sc with Ph.D or M.Sc with D.Sc in the concerned subject; MBBS/BDS from a MCI recognized University/Institution with relevant years of experience in teaching as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Faculty through GSSSB Recruitment 2020 will be done through Shortlisting, Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Faculty through GSSSB Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 69,300 to Rs. Rs. 1,84,000 per month as per the post.
