GSRTC Recruitment 2024: 1,658 Vacancies, Apply Before January 5, 2025

The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has announced a significant recruitment drive for 1,658 Helper positions under notification GSRTC/202425/47, providing a golden opportunity for candidates with the right qualifications. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in the Helper positions must fulfill the following requirements:

Educational Qualification:

ITI certification in trades such as Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, and others.
Additional apprenticeship training or certifications recognized by NCVT or GCVT are advantageous.

Age Limit:

Between 18 to 35 years as of January 5, 2025 (born between January 5, 1990, and January 6, 2007).
Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes:

OMR-Based Written Test (100 marks): Covers topics like:

Written exam scores and educational qualifications contribute, with the latter carrying 70% weightage.
